Back in 2010 my rheumatoid arthritis flared up and I was looking for an exercise that was easy to do. I started taking yoga classes 3x a week. In 2012, I was asked to sub for my teacher and knew instantly this was for me. Since then , I now teach yoga as well as cardio classes. Exercise has changed my life for the better and helping others feel the way I do is why I keep teaching these classes.
