This class mixes shorts bursts of activity with even shorter rest periods. Ideally, you work to your maximum capacity during the short bursts of activity, hence the use of "high intensity" to describe those intervals. This class is 30 minutes.

Heated Yoga is designed for those wanting EXTRA. This class is a flow class. moving you thru sun salutations , warming the body up and clearing the mind at the same time.

Pound, an exercise class with rock-star flair. The class consists of drumming, cardio and strength training. Throw in some yoga and Pilates, and it becomes a jam session that rocks the body and mind. Burning up to 450+ calories in a half hour, it is also a great way to lose weight.

PiYo combines the strength training—and body lengthening—aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. It's low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. Unlike traditional Pilates and yoga sessions, PiYo is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat.
Choreographed sequences that are sped up to maximize results provide PiYo participants with a fun routine to master while listening to upbeat, motivating music. Besides a yoga mat (and maybe a towel to wipe your brow), there is no additional equipment used during a PiYo class. Participants actually incorporate their own body weight into a series of dynamic moves.

A full body superset workout that pairs strength training exercises with cardio conditioning.

Bounce is done on a mini trampoline with Grippy socks (provided). It will strengthen your heart, build lung capacity and prevent your bones from losing density and becoming brittle. You’ll burn fat, increase your energy and help your body stay strong, aligned and balanced. You’ll also be helping your immune system to flush toxins, bacteria and waste. All at the same time.

Deep Stretch Yoga is great for those that sit at a desk, fitness rebels, or anyone that just needs to release kinks and lengthen tightened muscles. With a zen vibe, this class will cater to your needs and wants. With a focus on deep stretches, hip openers, lower back lengtheners and heart openers, your body will thank you after this session.

BBB class is designed to tone your body, increase circulation, balance and endurance. The class format usually alternates between time with cardio bursts, and mat for exercises that strengthen and lengthen.

Yoga is connecting one posture to another through breath and movement. Through sun salutations and working our way toward approachable apex postures, emphasis will be placed on ways of establishing steadiness, ease, moving energy, and efficient use of the breath. Moving from one posture to another, this class is designed to relieve stress and connect yoga students with the authentic self in a way that brings more ease and vitality to every day.

Bootcamp uses interval training that combines bodyweight and strength training with aerobic elements. Participants get the calorie-burning benefits of high-intensity cardio, combined with strength training elements to sculpt muscle and build strength.
