Lets make noise in Lima! Mix your week up by Rocking out! Join me Wednesday night for a Cardio Jam session. Pound, an exercise class with rock-star flair. The class consists of drumming, cardio and strength training. Throw in some yoga and Pilates, and it becomes a jam session that rocks the body and mind. Burning up to 450+ calories in a half hour, it is also a great way to lose weight.
