POUND is a full-body cardio fitness class inspired by the electric, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing drums.

POUND for PUPPIES will take place 2 Sundays in a row (Aug 20 & Aug 27) both from 9am to 10am at the Faurot Park Stage Pavilion.

STIX are provided, please bring your own water, hand towel and yoga mat

The event is free, suggested donation of $10 for Ohio SPCA
