Hello- its been a month since I checked in with you . Where did this month go? Was it as crazy for you as it was me? Wow... Im glad March is moving on. Ive been involved with a fitness challenge with my friends, and another fitness challenge at work. Taxes are upon us, and times like these you have to remember to take a moment for yourself , sit back , and reflect. Deep breath in and deep breath out. Thank goodness for yoga. Today, I want to thank everyone for coming to class, I have always said we have reasons for coming to yoga. At first my reason for yoga was to maintain my arthritis, now I feel my yoga practice is all about staying sane. Covid, gas prices, empty grocery shelfs, and Will Smith going crazy on National Tv. We all are dealing with everything in our own ways. So I just want to say Thank Goodness March is moving on! With that being said - I am changing my schedule again.
With such a great response for Saturday Hot Yoga I wanted to offer you another class !!! ******Starting in April I am now going to now offer you Hot Yoga on Wednesdays at 530pm******
So lets start April with a BANG! We got this! Im excited for the next couple of months - things are picking up, the weather will get nice again. Cant wait for Park Pound classes again!
