Hello everyone, its been a bit since i kept you up to date with classes and life.

The last couple months have been smooth sailing. I started giving Sound bath sessions with the help of Chris from Zen Zone Yoga. Kids Yoga is a big hit creating smiles and happiness. And of course , Cat Yoga, its all Purr-tastic. (see what i did there lol)

Then it happens, we have hit April and the Lima Mall is ending their contract with Total Revolution. The Universe is saying its time to move on. I have had 2 great years there , and met so many wonderful people. So, whats next you say? Yes , I am searching for a new studio but have not found one at this time. So we are going to become floaters. April showers really do bring May flowers right? Its time to become a flower and take our practice outside for the Summer. Good thing the temperature is becoming warmer next week!

When I started teaching on my own, I started at Leahy Family Care. I taught yoga, piyo , cize and country heat. It feels like a circle of life is happening to me. Can you believe the years i taught there were between 2013 -2018, and now Dr Leahy has graciously said i can come back and teach again. So here we are - JUMPING!

This is the Summer of Kara so i am bringing you all along for the ride. So make sure you follow the schedule on the website and currently the website is the only way to book classes, but i reached out to my provider yesterday and they said they are in the works of developing an app for your phone in July 2024 , so that will be here soon.

Classes are starting at Leahy Family Care on Monday , April 29th, so let the New Adventures Begin!!!!!
