Here we are again , its the end of January. Lima Yoga Girl has officially been going strong for ONE month. Thank you to everyone that has come out and supported me as well as supported your own fitness journey. Take a moment to reflect on your January, how did your month go? Maybe it was exactly how you wanted it to be , you committed to a plan , exercising and eating healthy. Or maybe it did not go as you expected. Take time to write down the pros and cons. What worked for you, and what needs to be changed. Start small , and remember your yamas and niyamas. Be kind, respectful and honest with yourself. Now for February, create a new goal and set it in motion. Always remember "When your body feels good your brain will follow". So this month I ask you to listen to your body and your heart, write your plan down, and enjoy what your doing. Maybe this is the month you start journaling. 2022 is about Smiling and being Happy. Let's create a plan that will do just that.
